Chocolate is not included and available from us to purchase.
Machine needs a minimum of 10 bags of chocolate to operate correctly. Chocolate comes individually in 1.75lb bags or case of 10.
You can melt chocolate in microwave or in machine itself, but CHOCOLATE NEEDS TO BE MELTED FULLY BEFORE TURNING ON MACHINE. PLAN ON 1 HOUR TO FULLY MELT CHOCOLATE IN THE MACHINE USING THE PREHEAT SETTING. If chocolate is not fully melted, it will clog and or air bubbles can form in auger causing chocolate to drip instead of run smoothly over the tiers or even plug up fountain.
