About the My Event Estimater

What It Is

Pacific Party Canopies' My Event tool will help you create a shopping list and instantly estimate the cost of your order. It's much like a shopping cart tool, but you will NOT place an order online or submit payment online. Simply add items you would like to rent to your list, then send it to us or print it out and bring it to our Burlington office. One of our sales associates will then assist you in checking availability and placing your order.


Please note: This is NOT a reservation. This tool does not reserve any items, nor does it place an order. The Pacific Party Canopies online My Event tool is intended to give you an estimate of charges for rental equipment. Applicable sales tax and other fees such as delivery are not included in this price estimate.

How to Use It

Add items to your list: Begin by browsing our Rentals section.

On each product page, you will find a price chart with quantity fields and "Add to Event" buttons. Enter the quantity you would like for an item and click the "Add to Event" button on the same line.

Review your event: When you have added items to your list, click on My Event at the top of the right column to see your event list results.

Update quantity: To change the quantity on a rental product page, type the desired quantity in the box beside the item and click the "Add to Event" button. Or, from the My Event results page, change the quantity and click the yellow refresh button beside the item.

Remove a product: On the My Event results page, click the red delete button beside the item. To remove all items from your list, click "Clear List" at the bottom of your list.

Request a quote: To obtain a detailed quote, click the "Request a Quote" button and fill out the following form. Your event list will be sent along with your message automatically.

Place an order: When you are ready to make a reservation, call us at (360) 707-2115 or visit our Burlington office. Our friendly, skilled staff is available to take your order. See Contact page for directions.

Print list: Click the "Print" button at the bottom of your results list. Bring this printout to our Burlington office. One of our sales associates will go over your order with you to make sure all your needs are met, check availability and reserve the items for your date.

Save list: Use the "Save" button to save a copy of your list to your computer for future reference.

Send list: Use the "Send" button at the bottom of your results list to send a copy of your list to yourself or to other people involved in planning your event.

Return to shopping: If you wish to return to a rental product page while viewing your results, click the name of one of the products in your cart. This will take you to the product page for that item. Or click on the Rentals tab at the top of the page.
